thank you. I figured that was the case. However, some of the figs have already turned dark & a few even fell off. I only tasted the soft dark figs.

1st photo might be a gourd - it definitely looks like something in the cucurbit family. IMPE, gourd vines are very vigorous & can get ginormous. #2 & #3 look like cukes to me.

FWIW, it's best to keep the area under citrus & other fruit trees clear of any grass or other growth as far as the dripline (diameter of foliage). I keep mine mulched up to an inch away from the trunk, since mulch touching tree trunks can cause problems like diseases. Mulching helps keep weeds down & makes any that do pop up easier to pull.

Also, if you can wait until those figs droop on their stems, you may find them sweeter.

The vine continues. It has now grown over my compost pile and through the rest of the garden. It has grown and dropped some flowers that look like squash blossoms. I can't wait til this crazy thing grows some fruit/melons/gourds....whatever it's going to Produce!
