My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Not a happy client when I set down with my decorator I told her I want comfort and my couches and chairs to be firm . When my couch came in it was down very soft I have furniture in my home that I don't like what do I do desperate ?

    Do you have the receipt? Swap them at the store she bought them from. It wasn't what you had ' ordered' via her.
    At least ring the company and chat to them.

    Swap the rug definitely ...bit dull!
