Sorry 123, I've haven't grown either but ab to plant seeds to my first queen red limes. I love this queen lime w/ blush Zen, it's so pretty! Sorry to butt in or take away from ur post 123 but I have to ask, Is blush a different zinnia than Red Lime ??.... If u guys have pics of these zinnias it would be nice to see them. Love the tequila lime! I love the white center & pale lime green looks more elegant.

So I've grown envy, I think it's just okay colorwise, not vibrant enough, but lasts a good while after cutting, which is important to me. I wish it was bigger, though. I've seen pictures of Queen Lime with blush but I've also seen one called Queen Lime no blush or blotch. I'm trying to make sure it isn't the same flower. So Johnny's Seeds has the Blush, while Floret has the plain Lime Queen. Here's pictures:

They look different. I've read a description saying Lime is an improvement on Envy in which case I just won't care for it. I didn't try Tequila lime because I thought I'd have a copy of Envy, but now I see I definitely need it. It's that white center. Benary's Giant Lime is also on my list.

I am definitely growing Queen Red Lime, and if Lime Blush is different from Queen Lime, I'll grow it too. I have to at least try them. Not my usual taste in color, but they look interesting.

Ohhh I bought both queen red lime and the lime with blush I love lime with blush gonna start them !! :) I'm looking for an all green zinnia bc I have ALL but an all green ! But I'm sure in the mixes I bought there's going to be all green varieties bc I bought benary's mix n cali giants I'm so late starting my zinnias ugh

Benary's Giant Lime also has a white center. Benary's Giant Lime

Zinnia Envy has white or near-white centers with a greenish tint.

Zinnias have many different colors, which give a lot of possible crosses between those colors and green zinnias. There are a lot of opportunities to make interesting hybrids involving green zinnias. So far I haven't seen a green cactus flowered zinnia. I'm sure that one could be produced. I also think it would look nice to have a green zinnia with white on the petal backsides.

Thanks zen! A Green zinnia with white outer petals sounds gorgeous. I would definitely take that one over all :) I'm going to try tequila lime- it has an elegance ab it that I really like.
