"Electric" Mirrors

We are considering buying "electric" mirrors for our bathroom. I have not been able to find any that I can see them in person. Do they provide enough light? (as we age we're going to need more!). Lighting in bathrooms really is an issue, so we want to make the best mirrors/lighting decision.
