Beautiful! Wish my Before the Storm would bloom blue! I'm tired of the pale blooms. :P

How long have you had your EK Before the Storm, Joyfulsu? It may be yours will become more purple as summer comes on and if you move it up to a high shelf where it will be warmer. Of course I live in the Deep South and don't run air conditioning much so my studio temperatures swing a lot more widely than a temperature controlled house.

This is its first bloom, Hyn, maybe that's why it's so pale! It's in my kitchen windowsill, so that is one of the warmer places in my house. But it bloomed while it was still cool outside here. Tho, it fluctuates in the kitchen more than, say, the bedroom which stays several degrees cooler most of the time.

I'm not quite ready to give it up! :D I tend to not go for plain white blooms, so I hope it gets more color second time around.

I don't think the regular blooms are bad. I like the double white with a little blush of purple here and there, as well. This one here is about an inch wide in a tiny pot.

And here is larger plant about 4 inches wide. I like it best when it's a mix of white and purple but mine seems to have skipped that and gone entirely purple. Still, have more of these plants getting ready to bloom so I'll wait and see how they do. I really like this little Russian.
