I think finding a medium taupe for the siding and garage is all you need -- I don't see any gain with this cute house from painting all the natural brick, especially since you're constrained already. I'd also get rid of all the undersized shutters.

Goodness, your roof is not ugly. I would change the white to khaki, keep the brick as is, and paint the door a dark red ( SW Rustic Red) or a darker sage green. Remove the shutters. Please do not fall into the " I want to paint something/everything gray") trap!! Just look at these threads and see how many people are asking how to make their gray mistakes work.

I would check with a landscaper about a possible plan before removing your azaleas.

Geez. The azaleas only bloom for about 2 weeks. You might get some advice on removing some of them and plant other things in between. A big green or red blob covering half the house is unattractive. What color are the crepe myrtles in the front?

Don't paint the brick. Sage green would look good with the roof. Keep the white trim. No shutters...the windows are too large for them.

Under the shutters the brick looks different. Do you think we need to add some sort of white trim around the windows to make them pop out more without shutters or just take the shutters off?

Yes...a wide white trim around the windows would be much better than shutters.
