Can't Post in Photo Questions

I tried to post a photo and question in Photo Questions twice---each time, it appeared in design Dilemma. The third time it ended up in Before & After? Each time, I have clicked on Photo Questions but the box showed the topic under which it appeared. Am I doing something wrong or is Photo Questions really a feeder to the other topics?

This option is not necessarily listed as a topic to post under, but is a feature that allows professional users to answer questions about their project photos. For now, I would post under the option that is most closely related to your issue.
