My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Clay,

    Sorry about the delay. You would definitely want to make sure your wall can handle the load of the sink which is about 95 lbs.

    It’s pretty basic carpentry. You need blocking and probably in conjunction with sistering of the adjoining studs. Google these terms and you will quickly see what you need to do.
