Magnum Opus is sure a beaut! Flowers look fairly large.

Maybe it has just not been marketed as well. Maybe because there was an explosion of new named plumeria that hit the market, including many, many new Thai varieties.

Dave, I am not sure of the history of it but I think its a Florida Colors cultivar from 10+ years ago. The colors, I guess by current standards, are fairly common but the blooms size is quite large (4"+) and the fragrance is very good. IMO it has an attractive growth habit with larger branches. It skipped a bloom cycle 2 years ago probably due to being in too much shade and I think it bloomed last year but I missed it.

This specific plant came from FC by way of Barbra F. (I bought it from her a few years ago as it was too big for her to manage) and I can tell just by the nearly flawless graft that Luc did it himself.

the RS was all the rage about 4 or 5 years ago. Not to many things get posted about it anymore. A bad storm took off about half of its canopy so it will be lopsided for probably 4 more years as it regrows and straightens out.
