Scuba, it appeared the roots is cleaned/trimmed and can be repotted the way it is. You can look at the smaller roots that grow off from the bigger roots as suckers. You can cut them off if you don't like them. However I would leave the smaller root at the base of the big roots. Sometimes the very end stunned and doesn't create feeder roots. In that case you might want to cut it off to promote new feeder roots.
