Help with Delphineum seeds

I had beautiful Delphineum (pacific giant I think) in the garden that I lost this Spring. I had collected seeds from it the fall before, because I wanted to grow others. I planted them and 3 seedlings are now emerging. I've read to use a fungicide on the seedlings to prevent damping off, but can't find specifics anywhere. Could someone guide me to a brand and strength of mixture. Also, will these seeds produce a plant identical to the one I lost or should I buy seeds from a grower? I also don't know if I should remove the lid and fan these baby seedlings or leave them humid and hope more come up. The light is a south eastern window.

Thanks!
