I purchased this barn door on 4/1/16 (Order 1530-4307-7275-7019), but it didn't come with hardware. I thought I maybe I misunderstood that the hardware was included and purchased the track, hangers, door stops, and floor guide at Home Depot, but it doesn't appear to be strong enough to hold up the heavy door and over the past year the door has started to sink. Even though it has been a year, is there a way I can get the hardware that was supposed to come with the door?
