My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Just cedar. It will eventually turn gray.

    My husband was the contractor who built this beautiful project.
    The owners opted to have the exterior finished with a Sikens stain. I don't recall what color. It changed the appearance quite a bit from the natural raw cedar though.
