@blahnik1 I'm not sure what your photo source is, but it doesn't look like Silestone Gold Calacatta. This pic is directly from the Silestone website and it looks exactly like what's in the kitchen (the designer of whom says that is what it is).

The one posted above is a sample I saw in a kitchen design center. When I saw the pic above, it didn't look the same at all. So, I'm wondering, do the batches all look different? I want to know what it will look like when I purchase it.

The Silestone Calacatta gold has darker borders and different shades (all the samples I saw.) this is why I thought that the Calacatta gold Quartz in the kitchen above might be from a different company. The veins look more uniform in colour, and the edges of the veins don't look as jagged.

It does look completely different - and your 2 samples look completely different from each other, which is strange - I would have thought they'd match. But I think my sample pic looks just like the kitchen pic.

Ok, I’m dying to know the result! My sample looks the same as the ones you have. NOT the photo up top. The photo up top looks way more uniform than what I’m looking for. Can you tell me what you chose? Is it like your samples? Are you happy? Thanks, Lauren
