Actually, the bloom looks more like Red Rocket.

I, obviously, sent more Red Rocket than anything.

But ... it's probably really a good thing, as I have had much more success with Red Rocket than I have with Red Lantern.

Red Rocket seems to grow more successfully and bloom much more consistently than Red Lantern.

As to the Fiery Flower, I have one plant which has bloomed (3) times, but others which have not bloomed to-date. I'd recommend just keeping the plant healthy (lighted, fed, watered) ... and predict that it will eventually bloom for you.
