My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I got TAHITIAN SUNSET because of your beautiful blooms, Kentucky! It seems to be doing good. Can't wait for the blooms to open! I looked yours up, the blooms are as gorgeous as I remember.

    Sara-Ann, Yours is starting out good. Check your blooms for thrips. Tahitian Sunset is a thrips favorite. Mine has them now. Thrips are really messing up most of my blooms.
