Nice pics! If it's that little short light green fern that's narrow on both ends, it's extremely invasive. It's all over my garden and my neighbors yard, too.

Hi, zKathy... Actually I do know where the ferns came from. I dug up a red maple on a fishing trip some years back and gave it a better home. It had a fern or two with it. So these are northwoods ferns, about three feet tall, and they to spread a bit but nothing out of control. I like them in reasonable doses.
