I only see one dresser.....which looks to me like it's been "clobbered"...someone has tried to "update" it and removed the trim on the sides and made a drop down panel out of the top drawer....can't imagine why. Even if you don't mind the fact that it's been altered....$250 is way too much.
The credenza is a 60's or 70's ( and I don't mean 1870's!!) piece, sort of Italian provincial style, in good condition and if you like it, $150 seems reasonable.

I bet the top piece had a TV on it and they did that on the drawer for a VCR or the cable box.

The credenza is probably 1960-1980. It's a nice style for the period.
