How do I make a blackboard wall just like this? What are the materials needed? Can this blackboard wall be made just out of paint? Painting on a wall? Thanks

yes there is a paint that is used for that. is the same paint for the chalk bords.

I am updating my home office. Currently I use a dry erase board and is considering using this chalkboard paint on one wall. I write a lot for sales planning, would this chalk board get messing with all the erasing?
