Do not fertilize them, it won't help. Well-established shrubs and trees shouldn't be affected beyond possible leaf damage, annuals and recently planted perennials are a toss-up. Hosing off the foliage and watering are about all you can do, sadly; that, and hoping for the best.

which addresses how long herbicides last in the soil. I guess the bottom line is don't plant where you sprayed for a while (and wear gloves if you're working around there).

My advice is that you contact the company as suggested on that label.
