My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Yes, I did. For whatever reason, I had to special order the bullnose pieces through Houzz's customer support representative. It took them a few business days to begin contact with me, but once they did I receive prompt responses. There was basically a back and forth between me and the seller wth Houzz acting as a middle man fielding questions like how many pieces I needed, how much sq footage I wanted to cover, etc. the bullnose ended up being pricey compared to what the normal subway tile cost, about $3 and change per piece, with Houzz charging a per piece fee. In the end I got the bullnose pieces and they indeed match
