It is difficult to tell what the plant is because of the angle of the photo. Can you put the plant on a table and take a couple more photos at a regular angle, instead of from the top, with the phone/camera tilted?

I don't know of any orchid that looks like what is in the picture, but if you post some more, people can help.

It's not an orchid. Looks like Tradescantia pallida, Purple Heart.

The photo doesn't give a good overall view of the plant so a second option ID could be Tradescantia spathaca which has a number of common names, like
Moses-in-the-cradle, Moses-in-the-boat, Oyster Plant, just to name a
few. It's still sometimes seen labeled Rhoeo spathaca but that name is a
synonym

They're both in the Wandering Jew group of plants, Commelinaceae. Pallida is a trailing plant while spathaca is a compact plant. The photo suggests a trailing plant.
