Most Salvias are annuals in the most of the US, but in Florida - and Southern California - most Salvias are perennials. I don't know which ones you have, but from the leaves I would guess that they could get large. Hopefully someone more knowledgable will know their names.

I believe the first one stays small, like under a foot, but the others look like a type that gets taller and bushier. Sorry I don't know any names either.

Thank you so much. That will help me alot on where to place them. So in FL will the Splendens be perennials or annuals? We do get a few freezes here in NE FL usually in Dec-Feb. Will they re seed or return from the roots?
