This plant is a "Roma" tomato, but I have no idea what the true cultivar might be as the plants were given to me by a friendly neighbour. I have 10 tomato plants, planted single leader up strings in this bed. This is the only plant that has this kind of leaf growth.

I did use well composted cattle manure on all my tomato beds. I know that it could be herbicide damage from the compost but if it was would I not see similar growth on the other plants in the same bed? It does look like herbicide damage but this plant sits pretty much in the middle of my garden and nothing on the outer perimeter have shown any kind of damage.

The other Roma tomato plant that was given to me is growing fine.

A few additional details - Zone 3A (Saskatchewan Canada), plants were planted out on July 1st and temps have been fairly warm (30 degrees C) and some major winds for almost a week. I also had a soil test done on my beds in May and NPK were all in abundance.

I thought it could be mites, but the plant is fairly healthy and robust, and has no discolouration.

I've attached a photo of the odd leaves on the Roma and one of the other tomato plants that sits next to it.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I know I could just rip it out but I would like to know for knowing sake what went wrong.
