Trinidad Scorpion Ripoff?

Hey guys, a couple of months ago I bought several Trinidad Scorpion plants and several carolina reaper plants from a large nursery. Now that I have peppers coming up on the scorpion plants I'm pretty certain I have been ripped off. Can anyone identify what this is? It's my first time growing Scorpions but I'm pretty sure they are not supposed to look like that. Even being young.

Slim and pointed erect pods, some sort of Thai, most likely.

I was thinking that they are probably a Thai Chili. Kinda gets under my skin. I'm gonna take the plants down there and see if they will make it right I guess.

Seems like a nursery should get these things right, but I guess there are lot of opportunities for mix-ups along the way, especially for young plants with no pods or flowers.
