Some of the onions were ready for cleaning this morning. They have been hanging in the garage to cure for 3 weeks. The walla walla sweets are taking a lot longer because the necks are thicker. So for now, we just have some of the red ones. Next week it will be another batch. Hopefully some of the sweets will be ready. I love growing onions they are so easy, plus the garage smells great.
