Yep, you said it! It looks luscious enough to eat. I'm really curious as to how long they will last this way. My Alnwick Castle shatters so quickly. Again lovely roses and lovely presentation, Sylvia. Lisa

Thanks all! Lisa, 24 hours later Alnwick Rose is starting to look a little wan and withery .. it hasn't shattered because there is no room for it to shatter, being pressed against the bowl on one hand and Carding Mill on the other.

I would eat ice cream every day if I could, but since that would be unwise ... I grow tempting roses instead! :-)
