My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Dimensions

Hello,

Love the look of the rear elevation. What are the dimensions of the covered porch?

Unfortunately you would need to go back to your original architect/designer to confirm if the design can support a flat roof and porch. You may need to adjust your window placement or types to accommodate. Without knowing your drawings it's hard to say. Good luck!

I love the flat roof! We want to do a porch in the middle also, but our builder says we can’t because the roofline will mess with the second story windows. I wonder if a flat roof would be a easy alternative? Any thoughts?
