Disappointed

I ordered a hoya from Ric a few months ago, and I was looking at one of his listings the other day, and it said no shipping to California! I messaged him to ask why, since I'd gotten an order from him before, but he never answered. I'm bummed out. I love his plants.

I've seen that on internet sites, where they say no shipping to California (and other places as well). It'll most likely be a state government quarantine prohibition rather than something imposed by the seller. Or maybe there's some quarantine red tape he doesn't want to get involved in.

It may also be an ebay glitch/error. I have experienced those, myself, as a seller and buyer. I have let him know, so hopefully you get a message back from him.

Got a reply from him this morning. He has to get a nursery license before he can ship to California. Hopefully, he says, he'll get it soon. Sure hope so!
