Help are these rocombole scapes?

These are from the feral I collected a couple of years ago, an heirloom variety from a long deceased aunt of my late mother. The aunt was born in Germany and returned at least once to visit family back there. This is one of the few surviving alliums of quite a few different ones that originally were in my sister's yard before "helpful" friends and neighbors decided that her lawn needed several applications of weed spray, without asking first either.

This garlic also has very large bulbils, but so far I have not gotten the bulbs to size up beyond about medium with some very few just passing the inch and a half mark; most smaller.

Curiously nearly all the bulbils send up scapes the first year, very delicate, tiny scapes to be sure, and almost always divide into a couple very small cloves. This variety also does not seem to appreciate being planted so late, like most of the rest of my garlics this year. Siberian and Music don't seem to care, and my yellow potato onions are not nesting as much as normal, but the few bulbs they have and the tops are much larger than normal.
