Thanks for the recommendation. I have considered using them when flying. They sound like they would be uncomfortable. Are they hard to get on?

They are pretty easy. I've hade full leg compression stockings after vein injections and they were a real pain. These just need to be finessed.

I have a similar pair and wear them on long flights. They are not uncomfortable to wear. I leave home with them only (short ride to the airport) and like having them on when I go through security and have to take my ballet flats off.

I have a genetic clotting disease so I should really look into them-- I haven't taken a long flight in the last handful of years but I am becoming much more mindful of the issues of my disease as I get older.

Thank you

1929Spanish, I was hoping they'd come out with a funky pattern for the socks when I saw this thread.

Dh has a genetic clotting disorder too ... Factor V Leiden. He's had to wear compression stockings for the past 20 years. First full length, now knee high. At first he was uncomfortable wearing shorts in public, but now doesn't give it a second thought.

They are the greatest. I've worn them for years - don't need to travel to wear them.

Cindymac, I have the same.

I don't have this brand, but I always use them for longer flights.

I was in terminal 4. Flight was supposed to leave at 6:15. Left after 10pm. Long story. I would love to run into GW folks. I'm in and out of conversations often, but love putting faces to conversations.

I tried posting a pic of my socks in my Sandals (cuz I'm old and I don't care), but the interwebz was slow. So here you go!

This might be the memorial for these shoes. They have walked many miles and are tired. Very tired.
