Awwww sweet chickies. My sister got 4 new ones today that lay the chocolate eggs. If only..........lol. Your roses look great in those high temps. Thanks for sharing. Maybe the temps will go down soon. I just can't get ahead of weeds. I gotta figure it out and soon. Judy

Awesome...so many to choose from...really loved Tangerine Streams and Enchanted Evening (and I'm not usually attracted to lavender colored roses)...all really nice. Thinking I may have to invest in Heaven on Earth...second person on this forum where I really like it..,.

Some lovely colors, Beth! My favorites are WILDFIRE, TROIKA, SPELLBOUND, SHEER ELEGANCE, PRETTY LADY ROSE, (hope mine will be that lovely) L'AIMANT, GRAFIN SONJA, ENCHANTED EVENING and CAROLINA GIRL. Pretty chickens too.

I enjoyed seeing your DA rose, The Endeavour. I planted it this past February and it's producing both dark pink and pink/salmon colored blooms. The blooms aren't as dense as yours since it's only about a foot tall so far but he keeps putting out buds and blooms.

What can you share about Evelyn may ? I love that and it's name is beautiful!

Mmmm... not much on EVELYN MAY. Except she's a Peter Beales rose. Got her from Hortico a couple seasons ago. They haven't carried her since I bought her! Been slow to do anything. I put her in the ground last yr and she's perked up quite a bit. I hope to see some fuller blooms. I ordered her based on the oldest pic on HMF put up by "Ian Saxton." I don't know if she'll ever look like that tho. All the other pics look like mine... more open and more of a peach with yellow center instead of that blend of peach, pink and apricot. Oh well, only time will tell...

Really like ROSE ODYSSEY 2000. Plus several others. The cluster of CHERRY FOLIES between the 2 lavenders shows how gorgeous that combination would be in the garden.
