HELP with this ROOM PLEASE

THis room is completely empty now as this was the real estate photo and the walls will be painted a light tan color...so my question is where should we put the tv? 62 inch flat screen and we are not handy to hide cords in the walls. and any suggestions what to place on with side of the fire place? Thanks in advance
