A sign of healthy soil. Healthy soils are riddled with a plethora of fungus. Fungus is throughout the soil, so you cannot be rid of it. If you don't like looking at them, scratch them in.

What i do: I pick the shrooms, rub them between my hands over another garden bed and disperse the fungus. (followed by a hand washing so I don't accidentally inhale it) :D

That is an interesting mushroom. I wouldn't eat it, but I've never seen one like that.

Normally mushrooms are a sign of healthy soil, but if you're getting them in hot weather when the soil generally is dry, they can be a sign of excess moisture in the soil. Since excess moisture often encourages root problems and fungal issues, I'd just keep an eye on the soil and make sure it isn't staying too wet. You have no control over how much rain falls but be sure to check your watering practices and make sure you aren't watering too much. I don't touch mushrooms bare handed but that's just me being extra cautious.
