M. standleyana is easy to grow, care is similar to other monsteras and philodendrons. Water when the medium is dry down to an inch or so but still moist below, a crunchy mix with air spaces is appreciated. Mine often become rank vines and in 'running mode' leaves get very small with lots of space between them on the thin stems. I've never grown one in climbing mode but would like to, it'd be interesting to see how large leaves will get.
I assume your leaves are variegated with white, I've never seen one that's completely green... hence I call it standleyana variegata.
Like philos, you can propagate from tip cuttings or sections of vine with 3 or 4 nodes, they usually have aerial roots at the nodes which makes it very easy.
Doing okay, thanks. Sure glad summer is finally here. Wondering if your standleyana is variegated, I've always assumed the species in it's native habitat is all-green but I've never seen one without at least some variegation. Once in awhile a leaf will have a large slash of white but most have smaller areas and spots.
