My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

A few blooms from 6/27/17

Here are a few more that are blooming: I have a lot of other roses blooming besides these, however, most of them aren't that pretty right now though. I can't get a photo that does EP justice, it's gorgeous!
