My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can the fabric be changed?

I dont want the blue cushions. Also what color wood is the chair?

    Right now, they are out of stock until mid July for the gray cushions and August for the blue ones. They don't recover the cushions. You could, of course, have some made in any material and put them over what is already there. Let me do some more checking on this as to the type of wood, similar chairs, etc. and I will get back to you. Thanks for your interest.

    Can get black, lighter wood or this espresso stained wood color. Black has a neutral/cream/tan seating. Lighter wood has a gray. Espresso has the blue. Those are the choices. Let me know if you have an additional questions. Thanks.
