Would love to know as well, I just stared a few cutting's from broken branches on my Calamondin, Moro(6/20/17) and Minneola (6/29/17) by trimming the cutting end dipping it in rooting powder and placing it into damp spag with a dome over it. I mist them every other day or so to keep humidity in but I am really winging it. The Calamondin dropped the two leaves I left on it but the stem is still really green and the Moro has 3 small leaves that are wilted but still attached. I just did the Minneola last night and left two leaves but cut them in half since they were large. I don't know how much light they should be receiving so I've kept them near a window but out of direct sunlight but would love to hear what works for others.
