My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Fences put up against rabbits,,now great bloomer

I lost my outside cat of 25 years then the rabbits came in. It took me 2 years to understand how they like new shoots of clematis. Wire fences went up. This year was my best year with my plants. 2 are still blooming. Now another femce goes up this year. I buy 2 to 3 plants a year from Donahues in Mn. Plus specials if i see them.
