This looks like Colocasia Purple Stem, also called Violet Stem. I think I have this but I'll have to verify. I have extras of Alocasias plumbea v. Nigra, macrorhizos variegata, odora variegata, probably Borneo Giant and some others. I can do 'for postage' if you don't have trades, I've collected aroids for over 40 years and always have extra propagations available for those who also love aroids. My main interest is in philodendrons and aglaonemas.

I have this one as well, green leaf blade but distinctly purple petiole. Another of the Colocasia esculenta cultivars. Will multiple rapidly from runners. They like sitting in shallow water but still grow OK in damp soil.

Yeah Tropicbreeze, regarding multiplying rapidly from runners, I find most colocasias are downright weedy so I don't grow many of them. If you've got one, you've potentially got thousands. That said, there are some beautiful cultivars that are hard to ignore.

I have several Colocasia Esculenta 'Black Magic' which are similar but not as dark as the one in the public flower pot. At first I thought mine were the same as that one but then I compared the pics more closely. However, in my photos, the leaves show up 25% to 1/3 lighter green than they actually are. They even showed up lighter in the viewer before I shot the pics. Attached are 4 pics of 2 of mine which came from the same parent plant.

This plant below had a 19" base circumference in Oct 2016 before I potted it for the winter indoors. Now it's less than half of that. Growing under it are mostly Brandywine Caladiums:

An example of how this propagates - via underground tubers. The pup leaf on the bottom right most accurately represents the leaf color I see with my eyes. I planted my first Colocasia 'Mojito' a few weeks ago and I hope it multiplies like the Black Magic does:

I find "Black Magic" vary in the depth of darkness of leaves depending on how much sun they get. Full sun they seem to come out the darkest and some I had in shade turned to a very ordinary dark green.
