Those are dinosaurs, but good relics of the past. Typewriters are yet useful in locations that do not have electrical power. I have an old LC Smith that I am keeping thinking that some day, it will increase in value. Mine was given to me. It came from a doctor's office and was kept in use to make carbon copies for legal purposes until separate printed copies became acceptable.

Those old machines are becoming more rare with each passing year, especially ones in working order. Rather than to toss it to the junk pile, I suggest that you contact local museums and historical societies to see if any of those might want it. Look for groups of collectors on the internet to see if you can find one who collects old office gear, and offer it to them.

At last resort, take it to Good Will. They will be happy to have it if it is in working condition.

My guess is that antique value is none because so many were made. However, I assume that 'steam punk' is still a thing, and at least the keys, and probably the whole thing, is useful to drive some computer or other device.
