What you see are new roots sprouting from (what looks like) an old cut or poorly made flat graft. But the roots have "callused over". In my experience, this weird "above-ground root formation" sometimes happens under high humidity.

The plant hit puberty and like humans it gets pimples.

Very weird it looks like when someone has stretch marks from a growth spurt maybe thats what it is? Lol the plant lools kinda bent like its been turned around in the pot and tried to grow in the other direcrion.

Yeah it's got me into didn't Really look at it until I took the leaves off .lol shang

Puberty, pimples and stretch marks...whatever next? Lol. Nicely shaped plant despite it's 'C-section scar', it adds character :-)
