But when you read the info you see the 900 Watt unit has a power drain of 300 Watt from the mains you can't make more of that, That is the problem with the advertisement all the terms too suggest that is the best you can get for your money, Another term is: the heat sink is made of aircraft grade aluminium hey wait I don't want to fly with the unit I want a good heat transfer and aircraft grade is for strength and I want heat transfer that are total dfferent qualities. So before you spent your money on something try to get enough information and the most important is the power drain from the mains that value times 0.9 or 0.95 is the real power going to the LEDS.

Because of all that bad info and the steep price I build the units myself and those work great for my orchids

The top one is 220V 300Watt, 3x 50W cool and 3x 50w warm white LED's, the other 220V 150Watt, 3x 50w Full spectrum 400-800 nm. and 80 Degree lenses for a smaller bundle and both cooled with CPU heat sinks + fans. Estimated cost 300W unit Euro 60.00 and the 150W unit Euro 75.00.
