$200-$1200, with basement plumbing access. It depends on what is in the way, and how well that access is accessible.

I had to move a toilet about 2 feet and the plumber charged me $375. I have asked about moving my kitchen sink clear across the house (about 20 feet) and they quoted me around $1000. Like you open basement, full access.

@eam44 I know this post is 8 years old but I'm looking to move my sink as well and noticed you were in Cleveland too. $300 is wayy cheaper than what I've been seeing (I'm sure it'd be more now with inflation) but I'm wondering if you happen to remember the name of your plumber. Thanks!
