I have some "Mystery Blue" seeds. They grow tall and are supposed to be a Wild Pepper variety. However, they do have "Purple Blooms". They are blue on the face of the bloom and whitish on the back side. Here is a photo of one that I grew out. It is over 4 feet tall in the picture with another month of growing season left.

That's a nice looking plant! Were the leaves a bit hairy? Did it give many pods and what were they like?

No, the leaves were not really hairy. Here is a better photo of the flowers. The plant puts out one bloom at each stem node. I wouldn't say it put out a ton of pods for the plant size, but overall, it is a lot of pods. They were bullet shape, but for the life of me, I cannot recall what colors they went through as they ripened. They may have just gone green to red or maybe blue/purple. I can't remember.

Cool plant in any case! The shape and size reminds me of how my Rocotos grew last year, but I guess that's where the similarities end.

I got this seed from another list member about 5 or 6 years ago. I found very little information about it on line but it was described as a "Wild" Pepper variety and was seeds were not widely available.

It is definitely unique and grows in the "tree" style of pepper plants.

I never did taste the peppers from it. I probably should have. I may grow one of these again next season.

Maybe it was c. praetermissum? It's a fairly common "wild", with bullet shaped pods similar to what you described. Another common "wild" is the c. annum glabriusculum, or chiletepin which is also bullet shaped. I've never heard of either with blue pods though, that's certainly interesting.

That Rocoto with white flowers you're looking for, is that the Rocoto Largo San Isidoro? It's mentioned and pictured in an old Rocoto thread that was recently revived.

Not that I have the seeds, but it might help your search. I only have yellow Rocoto seeds from Solana seeds and those I saved from the few ripe pods I got last year.

Thanks isgen, I actually found seeds on semillas.de thanks to your comment. https://www.semillas.de/cgi-bin/shop_en/shop.cgi?shop=%22%22&keywords=Capsicum%20pubescens&cart_id=%22%22
