I really need to build shelves like this on rollers for my collection. Make everything so much tidier and easier to move around. Hyn, if I have to buy woods, I like to used treated 1 x 6 inches instead of 2 x 4 but these were free, so my husband used them up.

That is a great idea! I have limited space on my deck upstairs and this would be a perfect solution. Time to dig through the wood pile!

Bragu, 8 feet long, not sure about wide, probably 3 feet wide.

3' would be about right, because stair stringers (3) can be used … the metal castors are pricey

Bragu, it is only 28 inches. I just measure. But if you make 3 f would be better because you have more room for a little bigger pots.
