My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Seedlings pots for $1.25 at Lowe's

My friend told me and I ran. Lowe's is having these for $1.25 and I got 8 (if it is bigger, I will run to another Lowes)

Make sure you check and see if the Lowes nearest you have some in stock. Click on link, click on (check other store) and it tells you what store and how many. Place an order and if they find it, they will send you and email, that way you know for sure.

My husband just drill holes for me.

I was on the way home from Lowe's and stopped at 1 garage sale, the lady had so many garden supplies. I didn't know what her price would be, I took 15 full items in her garden cabinet. Ready to pay when she said, $3 for all. Wow....I was very happy, I ran back to the cabinet but other people took all of them.

At least my 15 items were full or 99% full

    Marie, nice finds! Fantastic! Congratulations on a GREAT deal at that yard sale!

    For hole bits, I buy these (linked below) because I don't use the large or small sizes in a 10-piece set. For me, anything smaller than 12 mm is a waste - I have no use - and rare use for the really big ones. I just need the middle sizes: the 12 mm or 14 mm. And if I only get one of each of those in a set, they wear out quickly and I'm left with a bunch of bits that aren't what I need. So I just buy multiples of these 12 mm ones (linked below) and it comes out cheaper.

    Also, because it is priced at a standard low amount of 99 cents in Canadian dollars (similar to our $1 Dollar Store or Dollar Tree) - you know how many things start out at 99 cents on eBay - it comes out even cheaper once converted to US currency. I purchased three (3) of these 12mm, priced at 99 cents Canadian... which came out to U.S. $2.37 on my credit card through PayPal (including currency conversion fee). So I have backups and only what I need.

    (Whenever buying a very inexpensive item, I always look for a Canadian version - something with a C in front of the price - and almost always cheaper than US price - if free shipping.)
