My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The Hood is custom brass. Brass is a very hard metal so you really need a skilled craftsman. The back splash tile came from a local supplier named Renaissance Tile. You could probably send them a pic and find out the manufacturer etc.
