My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Width of stairs?

Also are those two different spindles you alternated? Its beautiful! Please advise also what color flooring?

    Thank you for the compliment on our work. The spindles are the same style however the height at the bottom of the spindle is taller on the second spindle and the first shorter, and were cut on site. The flooring is a walnut that is custom stained on sight. Best, Markay Johnson Construction
