They are licensed and know exactly what to do with the labels.

Source: I was their first US customer and have done many orders with them, all without a hitch! Biggest pieces of advice I can give you is:

*Wait 24 hours after shipping to look up where your package is (unless you are using Thai track and trace; in any event, it can take USPS up to 24 hours to start tracking the package- I can usually track my package through USPS around 10 hours after it has been shipped).

*Soak plants for 20 minutes in warm water when they arrive. They may be quite dry.

*Report any issues with plants (along with photos) within 24 hours of receiving them. You can choose to be refunded (but not for shipping) or have the affected plants replaced and sent to you in your next order or in a replacement order. You will have to pay shipping for any replacement plants. Please keep in mind that you are not refunded the shipping cost because it was already paid for and used, unless the damage was caused by the carrier. If that is the case (smashed, water damaged box, things like that), you should let AHHoya know so they can put in a claim to their Postal Service.

An FYI, their English is actually pretty well-developed for being Native Thai. English is a difficult language to learn for any Asian ethnicity (same reversed: most Asian languages and all of the different levels (Formal, informal, etc.) are quite difficult for an English speaking person to learn).

Yes, their English is actually pretty good. I think most Thai people in Bangkok speak English. Although i dont know if they learned it growing up or by choice as they got older.
